The Location:

In operation since 2006 in Toronto's Roncesvalles Village, this Gabby's location (yes, they are part of the popular Gabby's Toronto bar and restaurant chain) is not only a favourite neighbourhood local, but it's also one of the closest licensed establishments to High Park, Bloor West Village, and Parkdale.

A Note From Gabbys.ca:

Owned by Tim and Nicole, this franchised location was built in 2006 and is located right in the heart of Roncesvalles Village with TTC streetcar access right at the front door. It features a small front patio, many 42" High Definition Plasma Screen TVs, and a host of other TVs so seeing the big game is always easy.

We also feature a private party room games room for all your local entertainment needs, including a open catering menu for large groups: Licensed for over 100 people, we can surely find you a great seat. Our full menu is served until 12:00am daily, which includes fresh stone baked thin crust pizza, as well as a late night menu, available until the last drink is served. Call for your booking needs (416.533.9000) ask for Tim or Nicole.

A short distance by car from Etobicoke, and close to downtown west by streetcar, Tim and Nicole have created a great place to play darts.

The Bar:

Not only a dart player's oasis, this location is primarily a bar/restaurant which keeps with the high quality standards of all Gabbys locations with terrific food and its share of middle-class, mature nightlife. With a late night kitchen, you can order straight-off the menu to eat-in or take home until 12:30 most nights..

With the dedicated sports and party room isolated from the rest of the bar, you can play a few legs of darts at any time as chairs are never in front of the boards and the dart area is always accesible. Remember to bring your own darts as bar darts may not be available.

The Dart Area:

While not busy at most times, the games room is isolated form the rest of the bar and gives the feel of dart oasis. You can also watch hockey, football, or basketball via satellite on the big screen projection TV between throws as there are 42 inch plasma TVs at other locations in the bar.

When you're finished chalking up your games, join the rest of the gang in the front for the local nightlife. And did we already mention the kitchen is open until 12:30?

The Menu:

Every day and night Gabby's offers unique specials. Because all of our Gabby's locations are in unique and diverse areas, location menus may vary slightly in relation to the community that they are in.

Parking & Public Transit:

This location is accessible in many ways by TTC. Take the King 501 streetcar from Dundas West station south to Garden Avenue, virtually right across the street, or if you're coming from the King Streetcar East, look for the stop right near the front door. This location is a just a few minutes walk from the junction of Queen and King Streets as well.

Driving Directions

With plenty of paid parking spots along Roncesvalles Avenue along with sidestreet parking, there is usually little trouble finding a spot. If you are going to be parking after midnight, however, just be careful as the sidestreet you may not be able park there after mindnight.
